Job Description
  • Assist with event planning and logistics, including booking vendors, venues, and services 

  • Organize and prepare event materials such as signage, supplies, guest lists, and run-of-show documents 

  • Support marketing and promotion efforts for events, including email campaigns, social media, and printed materials 

  • Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to events 

  • Assist with event-day setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed 

  • Help manage attendee communications, registrations, and follow-up 

  • Provide administrative support related to events and fundraising initiatives 

  • Organize and keep event supplies tidy

Gain skills in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational events and campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative individual interested in nonprofit events, marketing, and community engagement. Will work closely with the Events and Marketing Manager to ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals. 

Job Requirements
  • Interest in event planning, marketing, communications, or nonprofit work 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Hourly Rate $15.00/hour to $18.00/hour
Hours 10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
