The Institute for Energy Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic student to provide vital administrative support for the functions of IES. Work 8-12 hours between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to accommodate your class schedule. Opportunities for additional hours may be offered. Duties include: Contribute to and support IES event efforts through activities, such as scheduling, room booking, food coordination and pick up, name tag preparation, event registration table support, and other institute supporting errands. Advertise upcoming IES events and activities and support IES news dissemination through mailing lists and newsletter Support logistics for new and existing energy-related research and educational initiatives and projects, both those led by IES and led by collaborators of IES Participate in and contribute to IES programming
