Responsibilities include portraying simulated human patient cases under the guidance of University of Michigan School of Nursing (UMSN) Clinical Learning Center (CLC) faculty. The role involves providing structured feedback to learners at multiple levels - undergraduate, postgraduate, and praciticing providers - focused exclusively on interpersonal communication skills. Additional responsibilities include timely and professional email communication, demonstrating accountability and professionalism, collaborating effectively within a team, and consistently honoring commitments to the UMSN CLC.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have prior experience in healthcare simulation. 
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to receive and convey information clearly and concisely for various mediums.
• Must have very strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
