Job Description

The Youth Policy Lab is seeking up to two Research Assistants (RAs) to help with our Early Elementary Math Curriculum Quality Guidelines project. 

The research assistant will help:

  • collect and code data from early math curricula (PK or TK-3rd grade) using provided protocols

  • draft short reports and data visualizations

We are seeking RAs who can commit to approximately 10 hours/week through April 2026.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • is highly organized,

  • a courteous and professional communicator

  • has experience or coursework in early childhood or elementary education 

  • has experience or coursework in early mathematics instruction or curriculum

  • has experience with qualitative data collection and analysis

  • The position is open to undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD students with the requisite interests and skills.

Hourly Rate $15.00/hour to $18.00/hour
