Job Description

The Michigan Recreation Membership Services Coordinator will oversee all member services activity; including but not limited to checking eligibility requirements of potential members, collecting and analyzing membership and transactional reports, selling community and affiliate memberships, reconciling sales, assisting in membership training, assisting with the training of student staff regarding recurring errors/issues, facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts, respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate concerns to Program Manager of Membership Services and Student Staff Engagement as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Prior experience with sales
  • Staff training experience 
  • Must exercise sound judgment and use discretion
