KC Runciman Landscapes is seeking candidates to join our team for seasonal full-time employment, installing high end residential landscapes in Ann Arbor and surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on creating stunning gardens and outdoor spaces that bring people closer to nature. We offer competitive wages with paid time off and holidays. A typical workweek during the growing season is M-F between 40-50 hours a week, with paid overtime.

Assist with landscape installation including grading, planting, mulching, hardscape installation, and site cleanup

Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials

Operate hand tools and power tools such as shovels, rakes, compactors, saws, and wheelbarrows

Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding

Install and replace plants, shrubs, mulch, and groundcover as needed

Perform hardscaping tasks for patios, walkways and steps using different types of stone or brick

Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
