Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide beginning and/or intermediate group lessons to adults. Classes will have up to 12 adults
at a time. Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students on proper techniques, tactics and
strategies to improve their overall tennis game.

We are looking for an individual to teach their own class and/or be a substitute instructor for
some of our other classes during the spring/summer and fall terms. Our tennis classes are held
at the U-M Varsity Tennis Center and Chippewa Tennis Club year-round. You would need
transportation to get to both of these locations. You would be teaching 1-2 hours per week.

Please include a cover letter stating your level of tennis experience and if you have ever
instructed tennis lessons at any level.

Job Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience teaching tennis and/or competitive tennis experience.

Hourly Rate $20.00/hour
