As part of MARI’s front office team, you will work alongside committed and knowledgeable colleagues who ensure compassionate and helpful interactions with MARI clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Opening and closing the building. Client check-in and check-out. Manage kiosk sign-in. Answering phone calls and checking voicemails. Responding to “contact us” requests. Preparing the PAI for clients when needed. General office tasks, including scanning, filing, ordering office supplies, sorting mail, etc.
We are looking for someone to close on Wednesday evenings (4 pm-7 pm), and work 4-5 hours on a separate weekday. |
