(This posting may close earlier if a high volume of applications is received) Application Link: https://myumi.ch/Z2VxJ Location: 317 Maynard St., Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (75% in-person fellowship experience) Pay Rate: Undergraduate $17 per hour Job Duration: 30 - 40 hours/week with the possibility of extending the fellowship for the fall term Supervisor: Courtney Wagoner (cai-student-hiring@umich.edu) Who we’re looking for: The Center for Academic Innovation (CAI) is seeking a Bachelor’s-level student to serve as an Online Learning Content Fellow, supporting the coordination and organization of the University’s online learning initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, documentation, basic reporting, and research related to online education. This position is ideal for a student who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in online learning, higher education, research, or project management. What You’ll Do:Support project coordination by tracking tasks, timelines, and follow-ups. Schedule meetings, take notes, and maintain clear documentation. Assist with basic data collection and simple charts or summaries (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets). Conduct light research on online learning programs and trends; summarize findings. Maintain organized trackers for notes, sources, and project materials.
