The Michigan Neuroscience Institute (MNI) is partnering with the Neuroscience Graduate Program (NGP) to facilitate connections between our laboratories and UM undergraduates from historically excluded backgrounds. We will match work-study funding to help students interested in neuroscience to join MNI/NGP labs during the academic year, working 8-10 hours per week. This is a funded position, available only to students eligible for work-study. Students will: - Conduct a research project under the guidance of a mentor in the lab
- Present their findings at an annual research symposium
- Participate in interactive professional development workshops headed by Neuroscience PhD students
