We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our Farm store team on weekends. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage cash handling will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Hours range from 9:30am-7:15pm on Saturdays and Sundays Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their questions Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately Maintain an organized store front, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary products Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in managing inventory by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Supervisory experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
