Duties include, but are not limited to:
Attending staff training and meetings, as required.
Assisting staff with a variety of tasks.
Event management assistance.
Able to communicate on the phone in a courteous, polite manner.
Basic data entry and report assistance.
Perform general office work.
Communicate with clients to assist with their initial event scheduling.
This position will have shifts in two buildings - the League and the Union. Individuals applying must be flexible with scheduling between buildings.
Learn sales, customer service, problem solving, time-management, working on a team, organization, event planning.
Friendly, responsible, personable, service-oriented attitude
Previous customer service experience preferred – not required
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to problem-solve in a patient and calm manner
Detail oriented
Proficient and effective oral and interpersonal communication
Willing to work as part of a team
