Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately • Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy • Receive, unload, and properly place incoming inventory • Inspect products for defects and damage • Support light manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed • Perform janitorial maintenance, light cleaning, and general site upkeep

• Strong attention to detail • Curiosity for how things work • Team-oriented with solid organizational skills • High energy level and a positive attitude • Basic computer familiarity • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift • Ability to lift, move, and handle packages and materials as required for shipping/receiving • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment; comfortable following standard safety procedures
