In support of Michigan Housing’s commitment to fostering inclusive spaces, the Summer Connector Community Assistant (CCA) assists with administrative tasks, departmental projects, and front desk operations for the Community Connections and Engagement team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing duties related to the operation of The Connector as assigned by Community Connections and Engagement full-time staff. Completing daily operations of The Connector, including, but not limited to:
Opening and closing The Connector Ensure proper use of the Connector when groups or individuals are using the space. Monitoring and setting up spaces before group arrivals Managing communications related to solicitation requests, distribution of postings, and room reservations. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with systems, employees, and guests. Managing resource rooms and staff supplies with the Administrative
