Job Description

The laboratory of Yunlu Zhu is seeking student research assistants to contribute to projects investigating how the brain transforms gravity signals into motor outputs. The lab uses larval zebrafish as a model organism and combines behavioral assays, imaging, and genetic approaches to study the function of neurons and glia underlying balance control.

The student research assistant will initially assist laboratory members with core activities, including fish husbandry, experimental preparation, data collection, organization, and analysis. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. The position involves close collaboration with and supervision by senior laboratory staff and the principal investigator.
