Ann Arbor Tees is seeking a motivated individual with an eye for detail, positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to learn to join our Post-Production Packing Team in a permanent role. The Post-Production team is the final set of eyes on the product before it goes out the door - responsible for a final quality check, and packaging garments. We offer growth and learning opportunities while you work in a fun, tight-knit team. Here’s what you can expect on a daily basis: - Work as a team to run the t-shirt bagger - this includes loading shirts as an assistant, as well as learning to run and troubleshoot the equipment as an operator, or shift lead.
- Quality check garments and confirm sizing and skus match labels.
- Box bagged garments to ship to Amazon.
- Manually fold, bag, and label garments for shipment to Amazon and various custom platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.

Availability: This is a full-time, permanent position. Shift times may vary, though current schedule runs 8am-4:30pm M-F. In Quarter 4 (October-December), 2 weekend days/month is required. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour. This position starts at $16 per hour with opportunities for advancement. |
