Job Description

CEDER is seeking a part-time employee who will assist with evaluation projects. The Evaluation Assistant will work with the evaluation team by performing tasks such as conducting library research (literature reviews, finding measurement tools), creating logic models, writing evaluation questions, developing surveys and interview protocols, collecting and analyzing data, consolidating results from analysis in tables and figures for reporting information to partners, contributing text to written reports.

Educational Value

The evaluation assistant will learn about and gain experience in project management, interfacing with clients, developing and implementing knowledge and skills used in evaluation.

Job Requirements

Library research skills, quantitative or qualitative skills (preferably both), ability to communicate effectively within a team, data visualization skills (or willingness to learn), Microsoft Office skills, excellent writing skills, interest in evaluation

Hourly Rate $24.00/hour to $28.00/hour
Hours 5.0 to 20.0 hours per week
