We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full and part-time servers to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fun and lively dining environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and stamina to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or food-service experience is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicants. - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food/drink orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards and protocols
- Collecting payments and processing cash or credit card transactions via the Toast POS system
- Assist with bussing tables
- Assist with host/hostessing such as managing and keeping the dining room organized, seating guests efficiently while balancing server workloads, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service
- Support opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of service stations
