• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food/drink orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards and protocols
• Collecting payments and processing cash or credit card transactions via the Toast POS system
• Assist with bussing tables
• Assist with host/hostessing such as managing and keeping the dining room organized, seating guests efficiently while balancing server workloads, and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service
• Support opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of service stations

Must be reliable and able to multitask.
