Monitor shipping and receiving, logging deliveries upon arrival
Clear loading dock daily to ensure access for large deliveries
Assist Technicians with the assembly and installation of research equipment
Assist with the commissioning and decommissioning offices
Assist with proper disposal of University property designated by the department as surplus
Assist with setup and teardown of events, including tables and chairs, food and drinks, and AV equipment
Organize and tidy the Tech center+Assist Tech Team with jobs requiring multiple personnel
EHS chemical updating
Perform other duties as assigned

Students will learn the day-to-day activities in an academic department with teaching and research laboratories.
UM student enrolled in classes. Previous experience preferred but not required.
