The Facilities & Operations Communications Assistant supports executive-level communications efforts across seven departments. This role focuses primarily on graphic design for various communications materials, while also assisting with website content and storytelling. The position plays a key role in maintaining consistent, professional communications and supporting timely delivery of both routine and strategic projects. Position Duties Include: Create graphic design materials for executive communications, including digital signage, presentations, and other communication needs. Adapt and apply design templates to ensure consistent, professional visual content across communications. Support website updates, including content edits and routine audits. Assist in developing content, including stories that highlight achievements across multiple departments. Provide communications support for initiatives spanning seven departments, ensuring timely and coordinated messaging. Assist with other communications projects as assigned to support overall team priorities.
