This position is part of the Annual Giving team in the Office of University Development. An ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office functions, especially MS Excel, and will be responsible for the following:- Formatting MS Excel files as "print-ready" and saving as PDFs.- Logging departmental expenses in unit-specific excel files.- Other duties, as assigned.
Candidate will learn to work in a team/office environment, will gain experience in project and time management, and in report formatting and data entry/analysis.
