What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Technician, you’ll work side-by-side with our experienced and friendly team to deliver top-notch service. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer devices with clarity and precision
  • Repairing a wide range of tech: Windows/Mac desktops and laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and more
  • Translating complex technical issues into plain English for customers
  • Advising clients on how to best use technology to meet personal or business goals
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently
  • Documenting service details using our in-house ticketing system
  • Supporting our Managed IT Service clients with remote and on-site assistance
  • Following operational procedures (device check-in/out, service checklists, etc.)
  • Assisting walk-in customers with parts and product recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest tech trends and tools
  • Delivering honest, friendly customer service—every time

Hours 10.0 to 20.0 hours per week
Compensation $13.73/hour to $15.70/hour
