The position will involve the manual segmentation of myocardial microvasculature networks from confocal microscopy images. Focus will be placed on correcting gaps in existing capillary segmentations, identifying and segmenting large vessels, and arterial/venous differentiation. The goal of this project is to create rigorously labeled data for augmenting existing machine learning models of capillary segmentation. |
