• Enrolled undergraduate or graduate student able to commit 15–20 hours per week. • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with attention to detail. • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Dropbox • Familiarity with qualitative research methods and/or research tools such as REDCap, Qualtrics, NVivo, SPSS, or similar platforms. • Ability to work independently after training, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Interest in disability inclusion, youth development, education, workforce development, or community-based research. • Willingness to learn new research methods, technologies, and project management tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with youth, particularly high school students, through educational, mentoring, community, or recreational programs. • Interest or experience in classroom support, group facilitation, tutoring, mentoring, or youth engagement activities. • Interest or experience developing educational, outreach, training, or communication materials. • Coursework or experience in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Disability Studies, or a related field. |
