The U-M Inclusive History Project (IHP) is hiring one communications assistant to support IHP activities. The communications assistant will focus on supporting marketing and communication efforts and will work closely with Megha Krishnan, IHP Communications Lead. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of event and administrative support tasks and will be open to learning and working as part of a collaborative team. They will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders (faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members), attentive to detail, and creative. In-person work each week is required. This position is for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms, with the possibility of extension. Work-study students from all schools and majors are encouraged to apply.
