The Adolescent Health Initiative (AHI), through the University of Michigan Health’s Community Health Division, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. AHI works with youth-serving health care organizations nationwide to transform the healthcare landscape to optimize adolescent health and well-being. We do this through practice improvement, education, research, and youth and community engagement. The Marketing Assistant works to achieve this vision by working with the Training & Outreach team to support event promotion, social media content creation, content analytics, strategic outreach, list building, and literature review. Please combine all these into one file.*** • Research and create social media content to promote AHI events, awareness months, and other strategic campaigns, including copy, graphic design, and video production. • Analyze data and summarize findings for our newsletters, campaigns, and quarterly social media metrics. • Conduct research and outreach activities to identify and secure partner organizations to be featured in our newsletter and/or social media. • Conduct literature reviews to provide academic grounding for AHI training. • Review and update marketing materials according to U-M and AHI brand standards. • Attend AHI Training & Outreach events and Marketing meetings when available. • Participate in AHI’s Training & Outreach Youth Steering Committee as needed. • Must be available and on-site for the 2026 Conference on Adolescent Health, Saturday, November 7, at Huntington Place in Detroit. Transportation support can be arranged. |
