Computer-Based Testing Facilitator: This position supports the university's computer-based testing ecosystem by monitoring and executing daily ETF operations to ensure a secure, high-integrity exam environment in the Engineering Testing Facility (ETF) on North Campus. Student employees will master and apply best practices for academic integrity, data privacy, and secure facility management while becoming proficient with automated proctoring software and specialized learning management systems (such as PrairieLearn). Facilitators will work independently and collaboratively to oversee facilitated in-person exams, troubleshoot real-time technical or reservation anomalies, and enforce facility protocols. Work involving specialized test accommodations or advanced permissions may be limited to graduate students due to access and verification requirements.
