The Erb Institute is seeking a temporary Student Services Assistant to help with web content production. The role will help flow legacy content into the Erb Institute's new CMS, ensuring that stories have all the elements necessary (images, links, authors) for publication. This position will also help organize and upload new web content, including blog posts, author records, Erb events, images, and alt-text. Additionally, the role will QA existing web content to ensure that links are working properly and that images are high quality. This temporary position requires 3-5 hours a week for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The deadline to apply is August 20, 2026. Responsibilities Review and upload blog posts to the Erb Institute website using the Framer CMS Organize and upload images as needed, write, and add alt-text Upload Erb events listings to the website as needed QA live web content to ensure links are working properly and that published photos meet web specifications Troubleshoot as needed
Qualifications Attention to detail with an eye for copy editing Understanding of web content publishing flows and processes Interest in web content, journalism, SEO, and digital storytelling a plus Previous CMS experience a plus
