We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Shift Lead to help create a great experience for our customers while supporting and guiding our café team. This is a great opportunity for a college student who enjoys working with people and wants to build leadership experience. Responsibilities include: - Serving customers promptly with a positive, friendly attitude
- Accurately handling cash and maintaining the cash drawer throughout the shift
- Preparing products such as cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, sandwiches, coffee, and lattes
- Supervising team members and holding them accountable to expectations
- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to counter staff
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and positive atmosphere
