Seeking a responsible, energetic, and dependable Supervisor to help oversee daily operations at Just Play Family Fun Center. The Supervisor will assist with managing staff, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising and directing team members, assisting with opening and closing procedures, handling cash and register transactions, responding to customer questions and concerns, enforcing playground safety rules, overseeing birthday parties and events, monitoring cleanliness throughout the facility, and assisting with concessions and front desk operations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, and be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous supervisory, management, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred. EOE.

Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Must be responsible, dependable, organized, and comfortable supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service, childcare, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience preferred but not required. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Training will be provided.
