Qualifications for the position include: - Bachelor’s degree
- Experienced with, and highly skilled at, designing and curating social media and website content across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with teams and prior demonstration of high productivity, flexibility, creativity, trustworthiness, and collegiality
- Ability to manage several ongoing or weekly tasks and wisely prioritize those tasks while working independently
- Punctuality, good attention to detail, and dependability in meeting deadlines
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and/or database querying tools as well as file management software (e.g., Google Drive, UMBox)
- Experience assisting with project management and being solution-oriented
- Ability to protect private information and confidential material with high integrity ? Strong commitment to supporting the Center’s equity-oriented mission.
Desired experience includes: Previous experience working within education, social work, social services, and/or within community-based or non-profit arenas.
