Job Description

The Engineering Honors & Engagement Programs Office is seeking a student graphic designer to support the audit and refresh of existing materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and print collateral, as well as design of new print materials, and assisting with social media content creation and management, with a focus on Instagram. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to evaluate current materials for visual consistency, brand alignment, and overall design quality, then develop updated versions that are polished, accessible, and professional. They will also contribute to growing our Instagram presence through thoughtful, on-brand visual content. This candidate will also work with our team to design and develop new print and digital material used for marketing across campus.
 

This position is available for Fall 2026 & Winter 2027.

Job Requirements

  • Strong graphic design skills with demonstrated experience across multiple formats, including print and digital

  • Experience creating content for Instagram, including graphics, stories, and reels

  • Familiarity with Instagram's tools, trends, and best practices for engagement

  • Ability to evaluate existing materials and recommend design improvements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual consistency

  • Good project management and organizational skills

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Interest in learning and applying new design skills
