Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking dependable, customer-service-focused Valet Parking Attendants to join our team in Ann Arbor. This is a great opportunity for University of Michigan students looking for flexible part-time work that can accommodate class schedules. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with vehicle arrival and departure, providing directions and general assistance, and maintaining an organized and professional valet area. Team members will interact directly with guests and are expected to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times. Responsibilities include safely operating a variety of guest vehicles, documenting vehicle information, securing and managing vehicle keys, assisting with traffic flow, communicating with guests and other team members, and following all company safety and operating procedures. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, and be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles. The position requires standing, walking, and running for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexible daytime, evening, weekend, and event shifts are available. PMC will work with students to accommodate class schedules. Employees may also have opportunities to earn tips in addition to their hourly wage. No previous valet experience is required.
