Job Description

Brand Marketing Assistant – Full-Time MBA & Deferred MBA pathway

Provide brand and marketing support for the Full-Time MBA Brand Manager within the Ross Office of Marketing & Communications. Support will focus on supporting promotional initiatives to expand the new Deferred MBA pipeline. Other marketing tasks and/or duties will be assigned as needed. 

15 hours per week (maximum) 

This position will need to be available for this role during Ross Office of Marketing & Communications core work hours of 9a -4p M-F.  The 15 hours per week may be remote based on work needs and projects in the queue. The 15 hours per week schedule will be set with the candidate and Ross brand manager at time of hire.

Job Requirements

Deferred MBA Promotion & Growth Support (75%)

  • Help support promotional projects to expand the Deferred MBA prospect pipeline.

  • Brainstorm, develop, and assist with growth initiatives to achieve Year 1 Deferred MBA recruitment and enrollment goals.

  • Provide an authentic student perspective to help drive target-audience engagement and messaging strategies.

General Full-Time Key Project Support (25%)

  • Support development of Full-Time MBA promotional materials.

  • Assist with marketing execution tasks, including drafting/setting up admit communications, supporting event email development, finalizing event and digital collateral.

  • Assist with ad-hoc strategic tasks, such as social media ideation, content creation, and secondary or competitive research as needed.

  • Perform other administrative or tactical marketing duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative, curious mindset to generate engaging content and fresh ideas.

  • Excellent organizational abilities to set priorities, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and handle routine operational tasks independently.

Hourly Rate $18.00/hour
Hours 10.0 to 15.0 hours per week
