Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support the outreach and communication efforts of our research study. The intern will play a key role in promoting the study's mission, engaging with target audiences online, and representing the study at in-person events. This position is ideal for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement within a research setting.

 

Educational Value

The project team can work with students for them to complete ApEx requirements, or other internship requirements.

Gain experience supporting the outreach and communication efforts of a research study.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled U-M undergraduate or graduate-level student. 

Schedule Requirements

This position requires flexibility, including the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support event coverage and time-sensitive social media content.

Physical Requirements

May require transporting event materials or equipment weighing 5–10 pounds.

Hourly Rate $15.00/hour
