Permanent University staff and Off-campus Work-Study agencies – please complete the form below to gain job posting and review access. If you are not a permanent University staff person, or are not affiliated with an approved Work-Study agency, please refer to the following instructions:


➤ STUDENTS:
STOP. This form is for hiring managers. If you are looking to apply for jobs, you will need to set-up a student account by choosing “My Dashboard” from the Students drop-down menu above, and then select “Account Registration” from the options at the bottom.
Note: Students, regardless of employment status, cannot be granted hiring manager access to this site.

➤ TEMPORARY STAFF:
User access is restricted to permanent staff. Temporary staff will need to coordinate with their supervisor or local HR reps to post positions. Please contact our office directly if your unit is experiencing an extenuating circumstance where no regular staff person is available to post student jobs.

➤ NON-UNIVERSITY EMPLOYERS:
 If you are not associated with an approved off-campus Work-Study agency, you cannot be granted user access. Please instead visit our non-university employer page.
