Job Summary The Nonprofit Board Fellowship Program Assistant will support the administration, programming, and development of the program. The Program Assistant will work closely with staff to curate outreach and expansion strategies, develop data management tools, and curate resources for stakeholders. The role will have flexible hours and the ability to work in person at the Ross School of Business or remotely. The position will encompass the responsibilities listed below, with flexibility based on the student’s experience and interest in certain activities. This role reports to Annaliese Fowler, Senior Program Coordinator for Business+Impact. Compensation This position will be compensated at a rate of $22 per hour. Hours may range from 10 to 15 per week, not exceeding 20 per week. Responsibilities - Research the Michigan nonprofit landscape, identifying potential nonprofit partners
- Craft and distribute targeted communications and marketing materials designed to inform and recruit nonprofit organizations
- Conduct research and develop frameworks for potential program expansions
- Analyze and summarize nonprofit needs and potential resource gaps, curating appropriate resources as needed
- Develop toolkits for the incoming cohort of Nonprofit Board Fellows
- Conduct analysis of current data management practices
- Serve as peer ambassador for the Nonprofit Board Fellowship
- Support other Business+Impact programs as needed
